In order to provide the highest quality, one-on-one care to you, I am a fee for service practice. This means I am considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This allows the focus to be on YOU and YOUR goals each visit versus letting the insurance company dictate coverage and care. You will have faster access to care, individualized treatment and interventions that YOU need to succeed in your daily life, and often times can save you money (Learn more in FAQ’s). Initial Evaluation $150

During the initial evaluation we will go through your story, goals, and dig in to the root of your symptoms. From there we will evaluate and develop a whole body approach to meet your needs. 30min-90min
Current clients who have had an evaluation. You can book 30, 60 or 90min at a price of $75/$150/$225 respectively.

I am not an in-network provider as I find it limits my ability to provide individualized care. If you have a high deductible insurance plan that you don’t utilize, it may actually be cheaper to use an out of network provider like Cascade Physical Therapy. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
